Fifty-five children with cancer and other chronic-illness spent 3 days of bliss at Sandbox and Clearwater Pampanga on April 18 to 20, 2018, together with the Kythe team, volunteers, sponsors and medical staff. No parents allowed. During the 3-day Summer Camp, Kythe patients were on their own, and given lots of opportunities to be resilient, confident and creative.
The 23rd Kythe Summer Camp was extra special because Kythe Survivors were the main facilitators and organizers. They acted as role models and inspired the young patients.
