Under the leadership of Chef Sau del Rosario, guest chefs Tristan Encarnacion, Victor Barangan, and Editha Singian crafted meals for the F1 Hotel LuzViMinda event buffet spread that highlighted the bounty of the island group they represented.
Alongside LuzViMinda was an art exhibit from Chanary Art Gallery showcasing the works of up-and-coming artists from around the nation; the exhibit showed a full range of wonderful pieces that followed the theme “Where Food Meets Art.” The proceeds of the exhibit will be turned over to Kythe Foundation Inc. to raise funds for the Child Life Program.
