On May 19,2018 we witnessed how a parent’s love can be immeasurable and never-ending. Jim and Saab Bacarro, unveiled the marker to name the playroom at Quirino Memorial Medical Center (QMMC) in memory of their daughter, Luna Isabel Magalona-Bacarro. Luna Isabel died at birth, so her twin brother Pancho and her mother Saab, may live. Luna Isabel was destined to be a life-giver. Her laughter can now be heard among all the children who enter the playroom.
We thank Jim and Saab’s family for supporting the QMMC- Kythe Child Life Program through the Luna Isabel Magalona-Bacarro Memorial Fund. We also thank Dr. Evelyn Reside, QMMC’s Medical Director and the administration for their support. Together, we are making more room for happiness!
