
The Kythe Child Life Program in the Philippines aims to provide psycho-social and medical needs to indigent pediatric patients and their families who face the emotional pain and financial burden in coping with a child’s chronic illness.
Kythe provides families with information on basic access to medicines and treatment. The approach to enabling families to cope with their children’s condition includes counseling and bereavement support.
