The 7th Annual Charity Issue of the Philippine Tatler recently featured Kythe. Wig Tysman took photos for the equally compelling article by Chit Lijauco (see “Heaven Can Wait”). We thank them for acknowledging heroes on the frontlines–Kythe Child Life Coordinators and parents–who put up with the joys and tears of being pillars of strength of children battling for their chance to live. It does not matter how precarious life is to them for as long as they fought hard to say, “Heaven can wait.” To this we say, “Amen!” Before you get a copy of the latest Philippine Tatler issue, do grab a tissue or a loved one to hug.
